Colin Harper Architect is an architecture and interior design studio based in Victoria, BC, on the traditional territory of the Ləkwəŋən peoples. The practice was established in 2020 with the belief that thoughtful improvements to the built environment have transformative potential to improve the quality of people’s lives.

Our process involves identifying the unique set of conditions present in each project—client goals, social objectives, program, site constraints—and distilling this information into responsive design solutions. The result is architecture that feels as though it has designed itself—functional, intuitive, and unexpected.
